What’s Included in Healthy Mouth Dental Membership
Your membership includes:
- Unlimited exams
- X-rays as needed with exams
- Annual oral cancer screening
- 10% discount on preventive services, fillings, crowns, implants, bridges, and extractions
- 35% discount on dentures and partials (excluding repairs, relines, and rebase)
- 5% discount on Invisalign® and orthodontic services
- 20% discount on crowns and implants*
*When paid in full with cash, check, or personal credit card at the time of treatment planning or the start.

One-Time Annual Payment: $99

- $175 SRP per quadrant
